    REset & REstore Myofascial Release WORKSHOPS

    Looking for an informative and interesting dive into your myofascial system?

    Desiring a therapeutic and relaxing practice?

    Need 90 minutes to yourself to just “getaway”?

    Then you’ve reached the right place.

    In these 90 minute sessions; I will give you a brief overview of your myofascial anatomy and then you’ll get right to rolling out specific areas of the body that can hold physical and emotional tension for a deeply nourishing practice.

    Join me at Selby Botanical Gardens every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30 a.m and experience the true meaning of yoga (uniting) as you connect with your breath, your body, and the natural elements all around you and within you.

    It is truly one of the most magical places and things to do in Sarasota.
